Manager Profile: Ken Sypolt, Manager, Customer Service. Ken has 30+ years of valuable experience in the HVAC Industry in this capacity as well as in design/build and commercial construction. He has the knowledge and capability to make our Service Division the best in the area. Supporting Ken is Rick Preston our Service Department Dispatcher. Rick's background includes Fleet Management, Transportation, plus he is quite competent in personal computer operation and software. Paul Ouellette has been appointed Production Assistant. His responsibilities include purchasing, permit acquisition, expediting, manpower planning, and customer satisfaction. Give him a call. He's a good guy to know. Steve Mika and the PMCI Team were awarded "Top Gun"
by the Diaz Fritz Isabel Group for outstanding performance on the Patriot
Village project in Valrico. Congratulations. Tom Reeds receives the "Old Timer Award" for having
been here 27 years in May. That's about half his life. Keep up the good
work.
Jason Spears earned his Bachelor of Science in
Building Construction from the University of Florida. Commencement was Friday,
April 30, 2004. He is in Atlanta working for
a large General Contractor.
